By creating an account or using the 1XPost platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the app.

2. Use of Service

1XPost provides a social media scheduling and publishing platform that allows you to manage and automate posts across multiple social media platforms. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with the terms of service of any social media platform you connect to 1XPost

You are solely responsible for all content published through your account and for ensuring you have the rights to publish that content on each connected platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@1xpost.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Each account is for a single user or business entity. You may not share your login credentials with others or use the Service on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use 1XPost to:

• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service in ways not intended by its design
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will be published at the exact scheduled time due to factors outside our control (platform API outages, rate limits, etc.).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1XPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to 1XPost in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@1xpost.io. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will end at the close of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and ownership provisions) shall survive.
